Recent studies show the impact of burnout via technology’s effect on humanity globally. People who originally did not have to use such technology are suddenly expected to use it constantly, both personally and professionally.

On top of that, technology is built despite this common knowledge; some technology is even built to exploit this fact, essentially choosing to value profit over humans. This practice must cease for the sake of humanity.

That is why I built Harmonia, a human-adaptive UI framework that takes an input of the user’s current cognitive capacity and rearranges itself for the human being’s benefit, instead of capitalizing on their negative or hyper-aroused state.

Human-adaptive interfaces are the next frontier of access to information, communication, and productivity; interfaces that honor human beings instead of purposefully extracting from them. The dominators of the next era are those that accept and embrace this fact.
